What if I have an allergy?

No worries, we can easily work around any food allergy or intolerance and still make the best meal plan for you.

Is the food expensive?

No, in fact, you may find yourself spending less money. Having a specific meal plan to follow allows you to only buy the exact foods you need instead of whatever looks good at the time. This will lead to less waste in your refrigerators and cupboards as well!

Will I be able to eat out?

Yes! This is one of the questions I get the most. I don’t want this weight loss transformation to feel like a hassle and that you’re stuck not being able to enjoy life. The beauty of flexible dieting is that it’s very flexible (duh☺). All that needs to be done is to find an option in the menu that reflects the proper amount of calories, protein, carbs, and fat that is on your meal plan for that meal. And don’t worry, if you having trouble I will personally look at the menu at the restaurant you are going to and help you decide. 

Will I be eating the same exact foods every day?

The meal plan is for a week at a time. However, we will discuss what substitutions can be made to your meal plan so that you are not eating the exact same foods for the week.

How do I know what my ideal weight should be?

The truth is, there is not a magic number that fits for everyone. There are many variables to consider when recommending a goal weight. I will go over with you my recommendation for your goal weight during the initial consultation.

Can I have alcohol?

Yes! In moderation of course. We will discuss how to fit alcohol into your meal plan once in a while, and go over the best alcoholic beverage choices to keep you on track when you do decide to drink..

Are the recipes family friendly?

 Yes! Don’t worry about having to cook separate dinners for yourself and your family. It is very easy to find a meal that can work for everyone.

Do I need a membership to do the work out videos?

Nope! These videos are designed to be done at home with just a set of dumbbells. Save the time and money driving to a gym and paying those expensive monthly dues!

What if I have questions throughout the week?

I will be available through email throughout the week. I typically respond very quickly, but you can expect an answer at most within 24 hours.

Do I have to eliminate certain food groups?

No. I believe a sustainable diet should not leave you feeling restricted. We can absolutely fit in every food group that you enjoy into the meal plan.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

I typically recommend losing no more than 2 pounds per week. This is because losing any more than 2 pounds per week greatly increases the chances of muscle breakdown. The goal of any weight loss plan should always be to lose fat, not muscle.
